BEST Shredding team members are thoroughly trained and verified to ensure that they are the right people to handle and protect your sensitive documents.

We believe that when we choose new members to join our team they need to fit with our team culture and live our core value commitments during their daily work. These include important aspects such as respect, honouring our word, and being client focused. Each of our Security Tech Account Representatives (STAR’s) go through NAID training, yearly audits, and background checks.
