Oakridge Block Party

Please join Best Shredding at Oakridge Block Party on September 12 from 1-4pm to help support the David Suzuki Foundation and a greener world. This year’s event theme Green Up Your Life, Oakridge! brings additional fun to the block as exhibitors and guests share information and resources for environmentally-friendly living. You’ll be able to learn what many local organizations are doing to “green up” their services  – and you’ll even get to shop for green products right on the block!

Also, Best Shredding will be onsite to shred your personel confidential documents and tell you about the initiatives we have taken to lower our carbon foot print! Every 200 pounds of paper shredded and recycled saves another tree! So bring out a bag of confidential documents to have shredded and help the environment at the same time!

The party is taking place on the full two block area on Baillie Street, between 37th & 39th Avenue, in front of Ecole Jules Verne & Ecole Rose des Vent. We look forward to seeing everyone out and Saturday to help support the community and such a great cause!
