Shredding Event Hosted by Rotary Club of Duncan
Do you have boxes full of sensitive documents stacked around the house? If you do, today is your lucky day because the Rotary Club of Duncan is hosting a community shredding event this Saturday, March 26th, from 10 am to 2 pm. The event is happening at the VIU Duncan Parking Lot (2011 University Way, North Cowichan).
We will safely dispose of all kinds of paper, including tax documents, bank statements, pay stubs, medical records, office paper, computer paper, and file folders. You don’t even need to remove paper clips or staples. How convenient is that! The Rotary Club of Duncan will accept payments in the form of cash, contactless payment (debit or credit), and business cheques.
Each banker box costs $10, and the donations collected will help support the Salvation Army, Starfish Backpacks, and Nourish Cowichan. This event will follow the COVID-19 safety protocols, so you can just stay in your vehicle while we deal with your paper shredding.
